Motivational Speaker

I have been working as a motivational speaker now for many years and conducted over 50 sessions at company events or team meetings in many situations and industries.

Speaker Profile

Neil is a high energy motivational speaker  who combines the world of business with the world of extreme sports. His experience as a senior executive in a large US company, participation in extreme sporting events, including the Marathon des Sables, is used to inspire people to achieve more in all aspects of their lives. Neil also uses the psychology of what motivates us, to help his audiences look beyond their current comfort zone.
 

What inspires Neil’s audiences is the fact that his drive and determination allows him to accomplish remarkable non-work activities whilst being a very successful sales director. He is not an Olympic athlete, or full time adventurer, he works in a corporate environment, leads a wonderful family life and still finds time to accomplish extreme challenges.

 
Neil’s speeches can be tailored to fit your particular circumstances. Should you want to take your teams to another level, whether they are currently high performing or not, then Neil’s thoughts, comments and specific instructions will make this happen. Neil has developed his knowledge from first hand experience in achieving outstanding success for his teams and for himself. He has led multinational sales teams to reach goals way beyond their expectations. He recently led a team in the UK, Ireland and South Africa to become the top performing sales team in  Europe Middle East and Africa. This was not achieved by changing the people or the products sold, it was achieved by constantly raising their motivation to a level where they want to deliver more and more for themselves and their families.
